This app is very user friendly, simple tasks, simple design making it the best for its services.
Only problem is the battery consumption, it drains due to data and accurate location activate every now and then maybe more I don’t know. But I hope there is a way to reduce it since some have deleted it and use the website instead.

The app developers has no respect for the privacy of all iqama holders. They require you to make your location setting to be set on always so that they can track you at all times. They even went so far to make the app completely unusable if you turn your location setting from always to the other options. This is a privacy breach and hopefully they would change this setting requirement.

The second issue is the lack of offline support. This app cannot function without an internet connection and security guards don’t allow you to enter the building premises if you can’t show your ID. Offline support is desperately needed as most people don’t have cellular data on their phones and cannot show their ID to the security guards and the app developers expected everyone to have cellular data not regarding that it is expensive to have cellular data.

I hope that the app developers would read my suggestion so that the user experience can be more comfortable and more intuitive.

Pfizer has been set as default vaccination for approving any inoculation taken from outside Saudi Arabia. If blank option is given to select from the multiple options, mistake of not selecting the correct vaccine could be avoided. Now Even if the proper vaccine is not selected, while the date of taken of both doses are entered, the window will automatically select Pfizer as default. Many are illiterate in Arabic to properly read the vaccine name and will not notice. If compulsion is there, Everyone will be careful to opt the proper vaccine Thank you
