I face many problems when I order through the app . No rating for the service . The only way to file complaints is through direct contact number . I had Bad experience with the app I wish they could better their service .

The idea of having pick up option in the app is great, however, it is not applied the right wayI ordered while driving to the store. When I arrived I found out that I should wait for 30 minutes despite that the branch is almost empty. The regular waiting time in the branch is 4 minutes only if you ordered from the cashier, while I waited for 30 minutes because I ordered from the app.This doesn't make any sense for me, why should I use Albaik app and wait longer than people who doesn't use the appThe restaurant should put orders from the app in the same line of orders from the cashier, otherwise there is no advantage of uploading Albaik app in my phone

The app includes a feature where I can press a button to indicate that I’ve arrived at the restaurant for pickup. This button only becomes active once my location shows that I’m near the restaurant, which is great in theory. The idea is that once I click the button, the restaurant will start preparing or packing my order. However, in reality, the restaurant often packs my order well before I arrive or before the scheduled pickup time. As a result, I end up receiving cold food. This defeats the purpose of the feature. The app should ensure that restaurants do not pack orders until the customer confirms their arrival by clicking the button
