I have been using smsa service for over 10 years and smart ship since 2019. Few months ago they decided to update their site and app and service become crappy since then. Sometimes you can’t login and sometimes it doesn’t use the consignee address you picked, this wasn’t a problem before since you can cancel the shipment and issue another but this option is now removed so if the customer changed his mind or screw up during entering his address you’re screwed, you can’t cancel it and it’s already deducted from your balance. Till they fix the major issues they introduced to their system I’ll look for a different courier

The application stopped from working every month and the customer services they have is really reallyyyyyy very awful. Please enhance the quality as I’m going to look for another provider.
