I don’t see a point of them making another app with features that is the exact same as the original app, I did noticed that they took some features off the original app and put it in the new app, still confused why they made this app.

I am writing this review to express my concerns about the Tawakkalna Services app. My main issue is the app's significant lack of compatibility with the VoiceOver screen reader.As a user who relies on VoiceOver for seamless navigation, I find this incompatibility highly inconvenient. It hinders my ability to independently and efficiently review my data, digital cards, and digital documents. This is a significant oversight on the part of the developers, as it restricts access for visually impaired users like myself.I urge the developers to address this issue promptly. Ensuring that the app is fully accessible and compatible with screen readers like VoiceOver should be a priority. It is not just about improving user experience, but also about inclusivity and equal access to services.I hope to see improvements in future updates.
