Every time I face an issue with my order, they are useless, not helpful, they response in textbook style, not accommodating the customers need.My last experience with the customer service was with an issue for an order that took two hours, and during all these hours, they kept procrastinating and not being helpful at all.I hope this review reaches the management because, without improving the customer service, there will be no improvement for the App in general

طلبت من التطبيق وكان الوقت المتوقع للتوصيل 40 دقيقة، وبعد ما استلم المندوب الطلب من المطعم تغيّر الوقت إلى 10 دقائق، لكن للأسف استغرق أكثر من نصف ساعة إضافية ووصل الطلب بارد تمامًا. حاولت التواصل معه أكثر من مرة عبر الرقم الموجود في التطبيق ولم يرد، كما أن رقم الجوال ولوحة السيارة المسجلين في التطبيق مختلفين عن الواقع. بعد عدة دقائق تواصل معي من رقم آخر وقال إنه موجود، رغم أنني كنت أنتظره منذ فترة طويلة. التجربة كانت سيئة جدًا من ناحية الالتزام بالوقت والتواصل والمصداقية، وأتمنى تحسين جودة الخدمة ومتابعة أداء المندوبين بشكل أفضل. للامانه اسوأ تجربة في الطلب من المطاعم، يخصم المبلغ وبعد مرور ساعة يلغى الطلب!!!! من البداية اذا المنيو يختلف عن المطعم او كان عندهم زحمة يتم الرفض ليه الانتظار! جربت تطبيقات كثيرة في الطلب من المطاعم ولا مرة حصل لي زي كذا..وفي تطبيق نينجا ثاني مرة اطلب ونفس الحكاية يخصم المبلغ و انتظر وبعد فترة يلغى الطلب! اذا التطبيق ممتاز في توصيل المقاضي خلاص ليه ادخل في كل شي اذا مو ناجح فيه..Honestly, the worst experience when ordering from restaurants, the amount is deducted and after an hour the order is cancelled!!!!
