Unlock my account. It’s been six days now. I made deposit off 2500 and few minutes later my account got blocked, I called customer service and I was given an email to forward my complaint to which I did but up to now I haven’t gotten any response I kept calling and any agent who receives the call keep telling me different story so I decided to ask if they have any office around me but I was told they have none. I got surprised and I was like how can you run such a business without an office got me thinking of doing business with this company or whatever it is. I needed that to make transaction because it was urgent. And as I kept calling, I was told the reason why my account has been blocked is because someone tried to access my account from ghana which I don’t think that is the problem because I was actually sending the money to ghana. I don’t need to talk much or express my feelings over here. The only thing I want is for you tooresolve this issue as soon as possible I mean now like yesterday

I am extremely disappointed by the service provided by Mobily pay. My experience has been consistently negative due to customer support.

All of sudden some amount has been deducted from my account and questioned in email after couple of days received email saying that 6 month ago we incorrectly refunded to your account this amount so now we are recovering. R u really unprofessionals to inform the customer and that too when i check my account no transaction took place to this amount now this fools playing with the customer. People be careful next will be you.
