I've been using this app for a while now, and it's been a great addition to my daily routine. The features and functionality are top-notch, and it's user-friendly.One improvement I'd suggest is adding the option to save the medical card to the Apple Wallet. It would be incredibly convenient and enhance the overall experience. Looking forward to future updates and improvements!

“I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Tawnya Insurance. Initially, they promised comprehensive coverage and excellent customer service, but they fell short on both fronts. When I needed to file a claim, the process was incredibly slow, and I had to keep following up just to get any updates. They frequently transferred me from one representative to another, and no one seemed to have the authority to actually resolve my issue. Additionally, my premiums kept increasing with no clear explanation, and the coverage did not seem to match the amount I was paying. I would not recommend Tawnya Insurance to anyone looking for reliable service or quick responses, especially during a stressful time when insurance support should be there for you.”

I am using Tawuniya since long time, services are premium grade, however recently the app is not functioning well, I tried to add new car insurance and it didn’t work well, I called customer care to complete the request, also I tried to renew another policy and it didn’t go well, I repeated the trial after two weeks and it was OK, but now over three weeks I couldn’t complete the submunition of the total loss process, app gets freeze as press the submission button with no response and after several attempts it tells me that I reached the maximum limit, try again after 60 minutes

I had to call them n order to know how to request the free service of delivering my car after accident for Repair 1- request was simple 2- he came on requested time but 3- driver of (Sataha) has no relted paper on how or where to deliver the car but i assumed he knows 4- 20 minutes after taking the car he called me asking where to take it ! 5- i sent him the location they assigned it was closed and have a note saying where to go instead 6- i sent him the 2ed location and ask him to call me to make sure things r ok 7- called me the guy say he's n d wrong place all car with accident's should go to Thoqbah branch Now what kind of vip service is this
