I did a reservation of a flight through them, on Nile airlines ,date of flight has been changed to another day without informing me and when I requested to cancel they charged me 200 SAR from my original payment 537SAR , despite that by airlines rules I have to get full refund , this application is scam , they answer the review that they are sorry and they are intermediary app , always this silly answer , the most important that they take your money .

I don’t recommend using this agency.. they have a poor customer service, where they don’t speak English properly (I’m assuming they are using Google translator” and they are claiming to call you for my multiple requests for support. However, as per them “my number was wrong” even though I’d given them multiple times”
