I have tried this app since the beginning and the major problem is they don’t care about customer services they care about payment only whenever you make a request you pay then if your food gets delivered late delayed or the driver is delivering multiple customers at the same time, you have no chance to complain in the app the only option that shows in your application is your food is in the way you cannot complain you cannot contact customer services you cannot chat or talk and this is a poor quality of customer services. Even if you complain and send to the company through their channels, no one responds to you with the solution they all direct you to the app to complain, and the app does not have any professional tool, and it is designed to have you not to find a way to complain. I would never recommend this app as a first application that you use. If you are looking for food other application are better than this one. Do you pay when the food is if the food is delayed, you can ignore the driver so next or he would inform you in advance and give you the freedom to choose if you want to get it late or if you refuse.

I'll first begin with حسبي الله عليكم ونعم الوكيل حسبي الله عليكم ونعم الوكيل I ordered a food from a restaurant it was written that if you ordered more than 15 ryal it would be free delivery , so I ordered a meal with a 27 riyal the delivery was free so I chose pay later the number didn't change so I submitted it guess what? When the driver came the number has changed from 27 riyal to 47! I was mad and furious and hungry at first I wasn't gonna pay but I don't wanna be that kind of person so I paid I contacted the costumer's service they didn't call me back instead they messaged me???? Literally bad costumer service and they only gave me a 10 riyal refund literally was so mad , I wanted to make sure that the mistake was from them not me so I went back to the same restaurant they literally wallah im not imagining wallah they changed the free delivery number it from 15 riyal to 30 ryial, and i did another order with 55 from the same restaurant to make sure that paying later isn't listed from the free delivery service and it was still free delivery !!!! Guys that means that the mistake is all from then. Also the food was cold and bad first time and last time using this app guys don't download it I don't recommend it المهم بشتكيكم وزارة التجارة

I ordered from this app years ago (at least 2 years) and my experience was awful (I received different order) and the customer service did nothing about it, so I stopped using it since then. Couple of days ago, I made another order and my experience was even worse. First, driver called me when he arrived and he was yelling at me for no reason, he then came and handed me an open bag (the tamper-evident label was breached), which obviously suggests that someone has opened the bag. I told the driver I am not taking the order because the bag was open, he replied with “call the company” and simply left. He definitely knew that the company (i.e., HungerStation) will do nothing about the situation. I contacted the customer service and they said “sorry about what happened, we will make sure it does not happen next time”. They didn’t even try to solve the issue, investigate the situation, or offer me a refund or credit on the app. Nothing. Immediately right after, I made the same order from same restaurant using another Saudi based food delivery app, the driver arrived, contacted me professionally and handed me a closed bag.

I can’t believe how difficult it was to make one simple change—from a regular cola to a diet cola—right after placing my order. I spent 30 minutes on the phone with customer support, and the whole time they insisted there was nothing they could do because they “didn’t have a button for it.” Instead of calling the restaurant themselves (which any decent service should do), they gave me the rider’s number and told me to call him. When that didn’t work, they shared the restaurant’s number next. I had to do all the legwork they should’ve been doing!The craziest part? The restaurant itself was wonderful! They admitted the app is poor and, to make up for the inconvenience, they even sent me an appetizer and the drink I wanted. Meanwhile, the app’s customer service did absolutely nothing except send me on a wild goose chase. If you value quick resolutions and decent support, avoid this app. It’s not worth the frustration—or the 30-minute phone calls. Let’s hope they fix these glaring issues soon, because this is a perfect example of how not to run a delivery service.
