I would like to warn other users about this service. I submitted a complaint regarding an unauthorized transaction, and instead of processing a proper refund, they asked me for sensitive bank card details. This is not a safe or legitimate procedure. No official company or refund process should require full card information. I have already reported this issue to my bank. Be careful and avoid sharing any personal or banking information with this service.

You have stolen my wife's money she did not download the app and does not even have an account on it. She accidentally visited the website due to a silly advertisement, and there was no subscription option. She contacted them, but no one responded. This is the worst app and the worst customer service.
