It’s way better than the old app , the only issue I hope they fix is that the radiology pics doesn’t show in the app , so please fix that 🙏🏼

Older app was crashed and not suitable at all, however new app is really good and easy to use as well as covering all the required data. Easy to book appointments.Above all their IT teamIs really supportive and responsive. I had old mobile number registered which was changed immediately after i contacted their IT team representative Syed Ubaid.

As a patient, I really find the new hospital app very helpful. It’s easy to book my appointments, check which doctor and branch I’m visiting, and view my lab results and medications anytime.As a staff, it also helps us a lot in assisting patients with their bookings and inquiries. It makes our workflow smoother and faster. Overall, it’s a great improvement for both patients and hospital staff.

The new Almana app is a big improvement! It’s now much easier to book appointments, check lab results, and access reports anytime. The layout is clean, fast, and user-friendly.
