Managing numbers separately
Dear Jawwy Team,
In the home page, we see all the devices and the plans they have. Their should be separate homepages for different numbers so that their could be separate monthly plans for the numbers. Everything is so mixed in the homepage and it doesn’t look good. I want a setting which the MySTC app has i.e. we should see the entire seethings of particular number in the homepage and for other numbers their is different homepage. Just improve this part in the Jawwy app. That’s all!
Very poor customer service
Jawwy dont have direct customer care phone no.
They only have chat support. While all other operators have direct customer care no. in KSA.
If you send a message to chat support team it will take 5 to 10 minutes to get reply. You have to wait hours opening up the app waiting for their response to solve small issues. Whenever you follow up for complaints or tickets, new person (cusomer care representative) will be there on chat from jawwy side and he will ask same old questions repeatedly which were cleared in previous chats with other representative. Lot of wastage in time. They don't have respect to customer's time.
Very bad i am going to change this sim
From 12 pm to now its 12:30 am I can’t login to my device due to this I can’t call I can’t use mobile data i am really tired of this i contact live chat i contact through twitter but no one resolve my issue and after very interesting they created ticket and told me will resolved in 48 hours what the hell i will wait for two days so for two daya i will not touch anything i will suggest to all of the user don’t use this sim you will be in trouble like me i have a big package but still i am begging to people for hotspot. Plz don’t buy jawwy stc very very bad experience
