Ratings and Reviews
Transaction error
Meem bank is best from others now its been 5 days & whenever I do transaction its shows technical error. I can’t transfer now I don’t know why I try to chat with the option available but it also appears agents are not available. I don’t know what happened to meem before it was good now it been week its shows technical issue while transaction. I hope it will resolve soon.

Stuck with Meem
Customer service is one if the worst I’ve ever seen; when you have an issue to be solved, you can only reach the customer service who can’t help with anything! When you have an issue, they tell you that they raised the issue to the concerned department, but no one will ever contact you regarding your issue, and when you call to check on the updates, there is no history with your complaint! and obviously, no answer, and you go on & on in the same loop cause it is the only way you can use!
They also sometimes, deduct money from your bank account without taking your permission, which puts you in bad circumstances concerning that you are gana go through the same boring process I mentioned above, and that means weeks, and might even be months until you get things solved!
Very bad bank system, and poor customer service!
Application not stable
It takes too much time to receive OTP message a lot of times the application crashes for no reason specially when i make the mobile primary device for the log in
