A letdown

I have been a loyal customer with noon for 4 years now and I was impressed with the service, until like this few months. It’s a let down really. Especially the new customer loyalty program. I have 2 orders, the 1st order has pending items since April 15. I am trying to track the shipments but it’s returning an error. Also the priority customer service is not helpful. And they didn’t return my last call request. I feel like I have wasted the money on the program and noon should really look into this to avoid customer dissatisfaction.

Terrible experience

For every one whos seen this, be aware please, i’ve been purchased few items back in January however i’ve received 20% of them + a lot were out of stock and they putted on sale, besides that some items shipped but they wasn’t about to arrive to me the person says i have to meet him 10km far away and then he refuses to give me the deliverance when i tried to contact the customer service they says it’s not been shipped cause of todays blocking , however cancel it wasn’t an option as they refuses to return money to my debit card but they put it to my noon wallet which i tried to use it with same situation, terrible problem, souq is better they deliver the shipment to your house + nice customer service + returning items process is very gentle , I recommend it.

Broken items and Very bad customer service

Don't spend your money on anything expensive in this app.
I used Noon twice. A 65” inch TV was delivered to me broken. And i bought headphones and its box was ripped in half. What is worse is the absolute nightmare of customer services.

Update in response to the developer reply: i have already contacted your customer service over 10 times and each time I'm promised the issue would be resolved. In the last week, Noon attempted to send a driver to pick up the package TWICE. Each time the car would not fit the broken TV. TWICE even though i informed customer service the first time they need a bigger car. There is absolutely zero coordination between customer service and other departments. Stay away from this app.
