Raha - راح‪ة‬ 4+

This is not an app but rather a big failure. Honestly speaking and I’m known as an optimistic person, this is the worst app I ever deal with. I have a technical issue in accessing the app since more than 4 month without solving it, several times I made a complaint without having any support. At the end I decided to deal with other company where I found it great with excellent services. Now my life is easy away from Smasco lazy and complicated process.

I must express my deep dissatisfaction with the Raha application's communication channels. It has been an impossible to get in touch with their support team or voice my concerns. One of the most significant issues I encountered is the absence of a direct phone number to contact Raha. Instead, they offer a chat center as the sole means of communication. Unfortunately, this chat center proved to be painfully slow in responding to queries. What's even more concerning is the lack of alternative avenues for reaching out to Raha. In case users encounter any issues, have suggestions, or wish to make recommendations, they are left with no effective way to communicate with the company. This lack of responsiveness and the absence of direct contact options create a sense of helplessness among users. I sincerely hope that Raha takes these communication issues seriously and considers improving their customer support channels. Effective and efficient communication is essential for any app's success, and it's an area where Raha clearly needs significant improvement.

Some girls are very good and i dont have to tell them what to do and they are super clean and fast (philippines) and some do not do what is requested even though i instruct them what i exactly need, the customer service is good however. Would be better if we are able to chose the maid that we want each time on the application as per their availability instead of being sent every time a new and different housemaid that i need to tell her and teach her each time. Hope the application is upgraded and this option is added where they show the housemaids that are available on the requested dates and we choose the ones we like best.
