Lack of communication
I tried 100 times calling but no one answered.
Failure to Provide Scheduled AC Services.
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent service experience.
I booked and paid for AC services through your application and selected an available date and time that suited me.
However, no technician showed up at the scheduled time and we have prepared the place and time for that… also I was unable to reach anyone through the application as customer services were “off”!!.
If you are unable to deliver services on the dates provided, it is misleading to keep your application open for bookings.
This lack of professionalism is unacceptable.
Please address this issue immediately and arrange for my service to be completed as soon as possible.
