Cable got stuck in the charger at 4.50 pm working day. Called customer support on the number given on the charger (same as in the app) and waited for 20 minutes without anyone care to pick up. Luckily – luckily – the shop owner managed to restart the evse for me to get my cable. But I got no juice (contrary I had to paid for the international call) and what would I have done if I had tried to charge out of office hours?
