Really basic app for the price

I was expecting a great app after working with the web interface (which is great), but I found a really basic app only able to reply to conversation and nothing else. You cannot even check the tickets, only the conversations. I hope you can update the app to include ticket handling and also phone calls! It would be great if we could answer phone calls from our phone 😅

Notifications not working.

This app unfortunately becomes quite useless when the notifications about new messages aren’t working.

Seg app som lämnar kvar att det finns olästa meddelanden. Går man in igen så försvinner dom.
Push notiserna fungerar till och från. Omöjligt att hålla ner svarstider när man får ett meddelande.
