Mindfit is created in collaboration with a psychologist and is based on recognized treatment methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), positive psychology, and EMDR.

The app offers various techniques, including a self-care diary, gratitude journal, mood tracker, relaxation exercises, breathing and mindfulness exercises with calming sounds/videos to help you relax and sleep better. Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to manage stress, calm racing thoughts, and alleviate worries.
