App is not working properly
After been update , I realise my new listing with image was not appearing out in the listing at all and I can only make amendment thru the website not thru my hand phone which have become more troublesome.
I have tried leaving message and calling the hotline for 1 weeks with no response from ppty guru.
Not very intelligent AI PHOTO SCREENING
Your sys automatically screen all photos for text overlay. But for months its still “learning”. Its not very “intelligent”. For site plan which is normal to hav text without agent adding more & even toilet pics of a property without text, are blocked! I hav to send requests for review. Then no one call to clarify why some innocent pics are stil blocked. Then i call customer service. All she say is will inform the moderator. Shdnt the moderator call me to clarify, or did he even chk? Keep rejecting innocent photos will only train the “AI” to be stupidly rejecting legit photos &never learn to reject real culprit. Which explain why i still see many listings with big colorful agent photo & phone num overlay on almost every pics in many listings not blocked by your “AI” screening!!!!!
Worst of the worst portal
Been around for some two decades but have seen it going from bad to worse, while the subscription charges have quadrupled. Very irresponsible and never bother about customer feedback, just because their competition, though very much advanced technologically, have been aging behind them in terms of viewership. Matter of time this portal goes down the same path as CATS Classifieds, and I won’t be sorry, like many of my clients and colleagues.
