AliExpress Shopping App 12+

I have made several complaints regarding the apps but nothing have done for months! It seems that nobody in AliExpress is taking an interest to solve the problem I’m facing. The apps hangs up each time I start up to use it. I have to delete and reinstall the apps before it works! Apparently something is very wrong with the apps. U can observe that the banner is running across the page but when u click on specific icon for a particular function, it does not work. Is very frustrating to encounter such issues when u have to delete and install the apps each time u use it! I will give up using AliExpress app to make any purchases and will use other shopping apps to make my online purchases! What’s the point of writing a review if AliExpress could not be bothered to fix up the problem and would only want to hear something good but not ready to solve a customer’s issue. Hi, Due to the recent lockdown in my country. I had started to use your platform. Two things that I’m very unsatisfied : 1) The form for refund is not user friendly and we can only choose from your options. If I don’t receive the item then it’s the seller responsibility. It’s either seller refund or resend. You may look at how EBay operate. 2) I recently bought a device for Bluetooth connection on my computer. I open up a dispute but was told to provide video evidence. It’s a software device and if it’s not working then there wouldn’t be anything to show. I cancelled the dispute but I’m still trying to talk to the seller and provided them with a video through WeChat. The device showed Mac OS X compatible but the seller is giving me lots of excuses now. You should understand more from the buyer and make your downloading of video more easy and convenient. After all this incident, I would be very caution when buying things from AliExpress. The confident level is lost. Thanks & Best Regards Lee

This platform AliExpress is a very friendly application from the searching stage to final receiving stage. All information gathering and comparison is at your finger tips and all the way to the point of tracking and final receipt. There is always certainty and confidence in order processing and final receipt in the orders that I have received so far. I am sure that if any orders are delayed or amended, changes will be communicated in a timely manner to my full satisfaction. For all of above they remain competitive even though some of the items maybe priced slightly more. I am not able to feedback at the moment on reliability and durability of the items that are received but will respond appropriately in due course.
