Easy to use and hassle free
Payment by visa/master, booking was easy. Had to use the app cos the website was crashing/down. Took only 4 mins to book! :-) thanks!
Unstable
I have only used the app twice because it is unstable and unreliable. First time the cinema charged me for tickets I booked using the app. But when I tried to collect them on the actual day, the system could not find my booking. Lucky they allowed me to get my refund. When I next tried to use it to book tickets again recently, the app crashed and for many days after that, the app could not be used. Best to book tickets online. Don’t rely on this app too much
Good but…
Simple interface, easy to use. But requires me to key in credit card details every single time. Hope they can improve on this.
