This mobile application is brought to you by the Health Sciences Authority, a Singapore Government Agency. DonateBlood allows you to schedule an appointment for blood donation in Singapore, fill in the donor health assessment questionnaire, update personal particulars, access information on blood donation, locate a blood bank, request for blood mobile drive information and receive news related to blood donation.

Pointless
If you are still in the experimenting stage, it’d be nice to not make the app public.
The only option to check your details or make an appointment is through their website. This app doesn’t even allow you to log in. A complete waste of time. Hoping to see improvement and I’ll come back to this as I strongly believe an app could possibly make a huge difference in experience.

This app needs a lot of work
Login using SingPass sometimes work and sometimes don’t. Update Info by retrieving from SingPass, after click update, it revert back to old info. Seems impossible to update my address, phone number and email. All other government app already reflect my new address and phone. Please improve.

Terrible user experience
1. The login functionality is so buggy that you have to try several times to successfully log in
2. What’s the point of using an APP if I still have to re-log in each time I use it? You’d better off just use the web version of it
