Unable to load

App was good till recently, keeps showing loading but unable to log in or loading of files takes very long and show failed. Kindly rectify the error or let us know if there's other alternatives.

Ok to use, more to improve

Synology has quite a few apps that you could use to interact with your Synology NAS. But it is unclear to me if DS Drive or DS File is better for Photo Backup from iPhone. What I would like to have is it could auto trigger backup to my NAS when I am back to my home network. Right now I am using DS File to backup, but I need to trigger it every time I am home. And my observation is also that if I turn my phone screen off, the backup seems to stop or run at a much slower speed. I gotta always keep it on in order for the backup to really work. Probably this is one area to improve as backup means I would let my phone run, but it should be done as a background process. One more suggestion is preview of HEIC format photos. Not sure why can’t this be done when we can open to view it.

Cannot play videos?

Why is it in the description is written that it can do anything like scrolling of pictures or playing of videos but turns out to be unable to play the videos that i saved? If it doesn’t support video playing, maybe can edit the description so that those new users will not expect it to works. Many thanks synology!

Sorry synology, i forgot to specify that only when HTTPS is enabled, the videos cannot be played. But if https is disabled, it can play the videos. Thanks you so much!
