very good
app was very convenient and easy to access, user friendly and the functions are great too!
first is the car scan. by scanning the car plate, the gantry will open by itself without needing manual identification. this is very convenient as using manual identification takes up alot of time.
secondly is using ur phone to automatically open the gate. by doing this, it will provide a hands free and mess free situation. for example, if my hands are full with groceries i just need a simple tap on my phone to open the door without hassle.
lastly is booking facilities through the app. by doing so i will not need to source out external help like repairmens. by booking through the app it is more convenient and efficient to book it through the app as i can track the progress of it as well.
overall is a good and easy app to use.

Slow and buggy mess
Can't connect to my gates 50% of the time, and even if I could, it takes ages. Calls never work properly, either freezing for 5-10 seconds when I try to answer them or not connecting at all. As a result, I never even bother to answer calls anymore. Ads in the app are ugly and I don't want to see ads on my home app. Terrible product, terrible company, and my condo management should be sacked for agreeing to sign up for Eazable.
