Delivery men complain can’t call from downstairs

The problem persists through years. I have to complain from time to time to condo management, they redirect to Fermax, then complaint is closed, but nothing much changes and people can’t call from downstairs and carpark again: who do you guys hired as programmers? It’s disaster how unstable this app works.Why it says it uses p2p? You need a complete refurbishment of the way the app works, you already have an awful image, bad reviews spread on two years at least. MyProblem of app 50% missing when the people are calling also persists all three years of use. Sometimes it seems to work better, sometimes turns into complete disaster without any reasonable change. Save time on leaving general bot-like pre-written responses - just improve the product please. It’s an absolute necessity.

Hello can you please read the review and make the improvement? As a developer at least please make sure that the app is stable for using! Then we use the app for what? Adding extra memory to our phone ah? We as the users have been giving so many complaint and requesting at least stabilise the app, you guys then do nothing. Please if you not improving the app please don’t get all the developer to use. Please let them you how bad is the app and it’s really irritating.

Bad decision to switch to this Fermax “smart” intercom

It’s good when it works, in reality, it only works about 50% of the time. This app is consistently unreliable throughout the years I am forced to use it since I have no other choices. I have visitors and delivery people getting stuck often since my app will show as not-registered. Sometimes restarting the app works but this requires additional minute of fumbling. Service support has not provided an acceptable resolution since everything will be “normal” on their end. TLDR; avoid using this system if you are considering. If you are already on this system, sign up for meditation course or something.

That gives you access to iOS beta releases, so you can test and update your app before the public rollout. There’s really no excuse for this level of neglect.
