Inefficient with longer waiting time
The queue number is confusing and does not make sense since the numbers look randomly generated and not in running sequence like it used to be. What’s worse is the express pass. K-cuts just want to capitalise on people eager to skip Q. It was close to our turn and then we got pushed back a few minutes later?! This is unfair to the people/ elderly who purchase their ticket at the outlet who would then have to wait for hours since buggers pay to skip Q. This is not Universal Studios. People just want to get a quick hair cut and go home. Even normal hair salons don’t give you the option to skip Q for an additional fee, it’s a first come first serve basis. Stick to the old first come first serve system. Just remove the express pass option. It’s ridiculous. Not everyone is willing or can afford to pay extra to jump Q.
CRAP APP THAT CAN’T SAVE CREDIT CARD DETAILS
This app is frustrating as it doesn't allow customers to purchase tickets before the outlet opens at 10 am. When I tried to buy a ticket through the app at exactly 10 am while standing in front of the store, it suddenly acted as if it had "Alzheimer's disease," prompting me to enter my credit card details again, even though I had already selected my saved credit card on the user interface.
Consequently, I had to hastily input my credit card information to complete the transaction. When I finally finished the process and received my e-ticket, I noticed that at least two customers—one who used cash at the machine and another who purchased via the same app—had already received their e-tickets and were ahead of me in the digital queue. I am thoroughly disappointed and frustrated with the app's poor implementation. If saving credit card details poses a security risk, why didn’t you consider alternatives such as using the built-in Apple Pay JS API?
All in all, if this is the level of standard you are providing, I strongly suggest you consider a career change.

Most annoying app
Kcuts trying to make money out of the queue system not even from actual service. One would hope that the point of the app is efficiency so people don’t have to stand and wait at the door for their Q no to be called. But with the app it’s just worse. We even got missed queue even if we were standing in front staring at the door and had to be moved to the end of the queue. And what kind of T&C asks clients to accept that a missed queue is considered used and non-refundable without service rendered? Either it’s preposterous or needs rewording. This business is due for a boycott.
