Not user friendly
I tried to explore this app, but when I click in eg: “Gift of Garden”, I unable to return to the previous page. Not just a click. I continue exploring, I stuck in “Reward” page again. Actually I just want to use my annual pass to book a ticket, really sweat to use this app.
I am not that kind very good in using the app, so I just want a simple app.
Full of bugs
Please fix your app. There are so many bugs or horrible UX designs. For example, I can't go to the previous page in most pages, especially when trying to navigate the member portal. And it has the option to change my photo but when I upload it it says I cannot change it. So can I change my photo or not? It's a pain to use this app. I paid for the annual membership and I'm stuck with a buggy app.
Drain battery in the background
This App drains battery in the background at a incredible speed. If you don’t force close the App after using it, it will empty your battery within 2 hours. I think it’s a bug.
