The UI is quite easy to use but the problem is the bus arrival time. Been using for 3-4weeks, the bus arrival time is sometimes accurate and sometimes not which really annoys me. There are multiple occasions where the app has said that my bus would arrive in 3mins which cause me to run to the bus stop but when I arrive at the bus stop I waited for more than 15mins and my bus have yet to arrive. I did refresh the apps multiple times, ard every 2mins, and the bus timing is still 3mins. Even when they say the bus is arriving, I have waited for more than 10mins for the bus to arrive. What is even more ridiculous is that, there is sometimes that the bus arrival time is “too accurate”. For example, when the app says is the arrival time is 3mins, the bus arrived the bus stop in less than a minute. I have used other apps before and the other apps are always accurate. I had high hopes of this app when downloading it but it seems like it really is as bad as what everyone have reviewed.

While this app can be absolutely useful for telling you what public transport to take, I wish it doesn’t reset so often and so fast. Let me give an example: A journey of 75 mins which requires me to change buses. Halfway into the journey, it resets afresh. Meaning I suddenly don’t know where I should change bus, and have to rely on approximate memory and ask people. Also, you can either check your public transport journey recommendation OR check bus arrival. If I want to check arrival timing (which is wildly inaccurate), I have to exit meaning I have to memorise what are the buses I should take. Maybe have to take screenshots of the map on where to change buses.

Version 1.19 was perfect. It saved the exact spot where you left off in the app when you open the app again the next time.

Version 1.19.1 claimed to improve the performance and had bug fixes but all it did was removed the feature to return exactly where you left off in the app.

Version 1.19.2 was even more a joke when the COE, parking availability and taxi features were removed as well because it was under private transport. Transport is transport why the heck do you need to remove good features that are actually useful? This is not the first time the app does questionable decisions to make the app worse. In the past the weather information at the top right icon was also removed for a period of time but I left a review and they decided to reinstate the feature. Please stop ruining the app with each update. If you trust your end users, version 1.19 is great and that you should the version to push out to your users.

Now with the latest version 1.19.3, it forces users on the older versions with the COE, parking availability and taxi features (which are no longer available on the newer version) to update their app because the bus timing is no longer functioning on the older app. An idiotic move to force users to update. It’s ok, 1 star will remain for this app until it’s fixed and I will just use Google maps or other apps for the bus timing.
