Can’t connect to OBU

Instructions on how to connect to OBU is not clear. Still need to locate the OBU services to register the MAC address of the mobile device. After registering, was able to see the OBU. Then upon clicking it, have to enter MAC address again. Then encountered error. And it does not tell you what to do next. EXTREMELY POOR USER EXPERIENCE!!

ERP user

The app is nice and handy. While it’s already good for motorists using it with ERP, a couple of more features would make it even better. Overall, it’s a positive experience.

App should support Apple carplay

Suggest the following enhancements.

1) Add Apple carplay support to make use of the car's inbuilt display.

2) The app currently does not support portrait mode.
