Can’t press apply button
I had to go online to write an email to the companies that I want to apply for a vacancy. So I’ll give 4 stars because well, it did help me find work but I just had to go a step further to apply.
Honest Review
Don’t get me wrong.
This app is a great app. This app helps people to find higher paying jobs than Telegram Groups such as SG Part Time Job Snatchers.
However, the idea is there, the app itself is TERRIBLE. Initially, I thought it was just the problem of my phone, so I installed the same app on my iPad. In the end, my iPad encountered the exact problem too.
1) The app keeps on crashing. Whether it is because I tried to refresh a page or tried to chat with the employer, it just crashes for no reason! I thought it was my phone’s problem, but my iPad experienced it too. How is that possible?
2) I tried to start a chat for the job application and the questions do not come out when they should. This is on my iPhone only. My iPad did not experience the same problem.
3) Poor customer service. I made a feedback in the app regarding the consistent crashing, I wrote an email to them too. No news. No follow ups. Terrible!

*** If the developer decides to reply “I am so sorry” or “we will check this out” in the App Store, can I ask where exactly was the response when I made the feedback???
A bit frustrating to edit profile.
I cannot re edit my profile, once saved can’t alter things, me cv is incomplete or in need of amendments but I can’t go back, neither I managed to have a computer version to properly edit my profile.
Not a nice way to present myself to employers.
Thank you for reading and hope I added a constructive feedback, the idea is great for employer and employees I believe.
