Scan receipt function is not accurate

The ‘scan receipt’ camera function cuts off long receipts so the shop name cannot be seen and hence, cannot be claimed. The receipt fits correctly within the frame of the scan receipt function but yet, it gets cut off in the process of submission to whoever is processing it. Fix this please otherwise it’s pointless shopping at your malls and attempting to claim. Very frustrating.

Error Message Kept Appearing during Login

It is so frustrating trying to login to the app today when after keying in both the right mobile number and password, there is an error message telling you an error has occured and to try again. But it won’t specify what error it is, be it the mobile number or password or other issues). Even attempts to update with a new password, has gotten the same error message! There is no way to check if the app is faculty or what problem it is. So useless!

E voucher seem been hijack after second week of promotion ! The voucher released shown fully redeemed instead of can be redeem … Some shopper mentioned seem someone using unfair method to grab voucher by BOT/RPA .. some mentioned using phone list block the rest of members..that’s why most of member unable to redeem and only see fully redeemed . Hope your can improve and give fair redemption to all . The person who have the membership phone list is very suspicious by block the rest and give to their own people? Please investigate those voucher gone immediately from 19 May onwards.
