ECLAIMS/VISITS:
Exclusive to our members only. Member can now submit both inpatient and outpatient claims and view their visits via the App.

Unable to receive otp
Cannot recieve otp to log in and go for telemedicine or submit claim. Called the hotline and told the CS i cannot get OTP. The CS asked for details like NRIC, company, name and birthday and told me straight after that there is a problem with the app. If so, why waste my time and ask for all my details, put me on hold etc? Tell me from the start there is a problem with the app…! All she said was “oh there is a prblem with the app try again later”. Cant even help me to log in by providing manual otp on her end? This app has issues ALL the time. Please fix it.
Clinic operating hours not updated and lag.
Pretty much useless except for showing your E-Card to the clinic. Better to google the clinic operating hours and verify if they accept group card E-Card.
App cannot work
App cannot work when seeing doctor hence have to pay ourseleves. Better can do a self claim otherwise really useless…
