Most unhelpful in-app chat

FYI they close your ticket if they can’t find answers for your questions. But before they do that they ll tell you to allow more time for them to look for answers. Yet it’s a pain to log into the app since it doesn’t allow you to stay logged in so you need to type in the PW every single time.

Also they ask you to give one day to let them reply, but when they reply you(sometimes midnight SG time ), you better wake up in your sleep and quickly log in to reply them in like 10 mins otherwise they close your tickets when they see no answers from your side. (had it done to me twice!).

In my opinion the help centre staff of this app should be fired. But of course if the company pays them near to nothing it would explain their sad attitude.

Disaster app managed by incompetent group of people

App is not user friendly. Employees are poor trained and have poor attention span. They ask for original invoice when the word “original” is already printed on the invoice in bold. This happens for many of the submission. Even after pointing it out to them, they ask the same question (as though it is a robot answering). Only after several attempts at pointing out the word original, they gave a nonchalant reply of “okay”. But yet, the claims are still not processed after more than 1 working month

Worse app ever

App does not keep sign in active. Each login requires OTP. It’s slow and worse still when OTP does not come through to email. Was turned down at the clinic as their policy does not permit clinic to accept patient’s registration with image of ecard registration. Hotline are just admin staff and unable to resolve app issue. Totally useless app if the login cannot even pass!! Don’t even deserve a single star rating.
