Helpling is an innovative online marketplace, helping you to connect with insured domestic cleaners. With our app, you can find and book insured domestic cleaners in your area and conveniently manage your bookings. Simply create a profile or use your existing Helpling customer details to access the app. The Helpling app is only available for customers in Germany, France, United Kingdom, Ireland, Netherlands, Italy, Switzerland, Australia and Singapore.
** How Helpling works **
1. Enter your postcode to see if there are any cleaners in your area
2. Choose frequency, duration and date
3. Enter your contact information
4. The cleaner will attend on the agreed date once confirmed
- Features -
+ Convenient booking process: To make a new booking, just tell us when and how often you need your cleaner and we’ll match you with insured cleaners available for your appointment/s.
+ Profiles of cleaners: When making a new booking, you'lll see profiles of the available cleaners, including ratings and reviews from current and previous customers.
+ Overview of all your appointments: See all your upcoming appointments to help you plan your schedule.
+ Reschedule your appointments: You can now amend your appointments individually or in bulk.
+ Chat with your cleaner: You can chat with your cleaner at anytime using our integrated chat feature.
+ Secure online payments: Pay securely with any major credit/debit card. You’ll receive your electronic invoice via email after the payment has been processed.

Fast and simple booking process
App is easy to use, I can just book a cleaning in a few clicks. Entire process is fuss free, and if I have any issues I can just call or WhatsApp their customer service. Anytime I want to book more cleaning sessions I don’t have to type in my address again, and I also like that they actually care about their cleaner performance and will follow up on my feedback so that the cleaner can improve. Overall a good experience for me

Useful, easy to use apps
It is easy to use, it’s useful to get friendly & helpful helpers. Some of them are really detailed & helpful. But a few just dust off the exterior furniture only. So not all are meticulous.
They had this clause that weekend helpers will need to pay the customer service process fee of $10 instead of the usual $2.50. But it’s not stated when you book, it is written somewhere in the apps, which you may need to browse thru all options in order to read it.
But the app info may not be useful because it’s not possible to have no bad reviews & all reviews are 5 stars & the reviews too short, looked liked orchestrated.
Unable to get same helpers for my request. Used one time schedule helpers most of the time because I worked shift work, thus, unable to recurrent same day on weekly. So I find it inflexible.
Hopefully, the app can improve in this area. Room for great improvement.
App is easy to use
I recently moved back to sg after a few months, and re-downloaded the app. Thank goodness I did not delete my account and I could choose my same cleaner via the app. app is easy to use.
