Hidoc is Singapore’s most comprehensive telehealth app covering 100+ healthcare specialists, over 25 medical fields.
Our doctors are available for consultation by video or in-clinic.
Hidoc covers everyone in the family, from primary to specialist care.
We manage minor symptoms such as cough and cold to more complex cases for both children and adults.
A follow up with our registered nurses for medical advice, refill of prescription and/or home medical care are part of our services.
You can manage your medical appointments, access your medical records, and read educational content backed by science - all in one app.
How It Works:
1. Select your preferred specialist/medical expert or indicate your symptoms for us to recommend the right health provider for you.
2. Book a video consultation or in-clinic appointment.
3. For video-consults, have your medicine delivered to your home and access your digital medical certificate from the app.
Hidoc healthcare specialists include General Practitioners, Paediatricians, Obstetricians, Gynaecologists, Dermatologists, Urologists, Psychologists and more.

Quick and Easy to Use the App and Excellent Service!
Was feeling unwell so decided to book a teleconsult to get some meds and the app was very easy to use!! Smooth and no issues at all. Had some minor technical issues with the video call but the support team immediately called me to ensure all was good on my end and to update me too. Really appreciated this! The teleconsult itself with Dr Ong Yan Lim was also really good. She was patient and answered all my questions. Def a great experience overall and highly recommend this app for anyone needs a teleconsult!

Great service provider for supervised ART
Fast, seamless, convenient process. Affordable and great experience with the supervised ART.
Process took about 15 mins at max, instructions from nurse was clear. Notorised document came in within the next 15 mins.
Document provided is via an encrypted link but not uploaded to the Hidoc app. Will be great if it could be uploaded to the app in the future. Will definitely choose Hidoc and recommend it to others.

Recommended health app
Downloaded the app to book for ART testing. Very hassle free and convenient. Just need to schedule an appointment without even going out of my house. Plus points, there’s a 24/7 support within the app. As i encountered an error while trying to add payment details. But the customer service function within the app was on hand to assist me. 👍🏻👍🏻
