Connection issues
There are multiple times that the connection of the app is extremely slow that it is annoying, especially when I cannot clock in or clock out on time.
Also, sometimes when I open the app, it shows me the main screen with homage logo but it never bring me to the visits despite restarting the app many many many times.
Otherwise, when the app is working properly, it is okay. Suggest that if the app needs to update itself, to give a notification instead of letting me see the never-ending loading sign.
App is not very reliable
I tried to withdraw a job but it still reflects as pending. I tried to withdraw but tells me cannot read data as it is missing
A lot of bugs, pages go blank, service rates inaccurate!
Many times some pages go blank and don’t load, and I can’t go back to previous page. The rates for Saturday & Sunday is often wrong! Shows “weekday rate” ($17) instead. Some of the public holiday rates are wrong too, eg. 25 Dec.
Another improvement: the Add to Calendar function should also include the option for Google Calendar for iOS devices, and not just the native apple calendar.
