Can’t function. Keep on error
Worst app
Worst medical/insurance app! No notification to phone or email on status of a claim; once submitted a claim, unable to edit anything; can’t see details of the claim on the interface when “action required” is prompted, you had to download the files in order to understand which items they are asking for, extremely uneasy to use. And you know what, actions required has no notifications either, they expect you to check the app every single day to realise these kind of things. It also loads data extremely slow for each tab you clicked. Causing more pain in life than providing convenience!
Serious issues yet not alternative solution at all
The app keeps saying that I don’t have an account with the linked email when attempting to reset my password. I have been logged in multiple times before for long periods of times, but I can’t believe that this I am still facing this issue of being unable to login/forget password time and time again. I can’t even find an alternative online platform to login because the app is not working🙄
