I lost everything
Please Hungry Shark! When I went into the game, I could not do anything because there was only a loading screen. When I deleted and reinstalled, my progress was gone. It didnt even give me the option to save to cloud cause all i saw was a loading screen. Please help me. I had everyone untill big daddy and ice shark, electroshark, and even Luminite (the best shark) which i got with gems. I dont feel like getting everything back, it will take days. 🥺😓😩

Why cant i pay to upgrade
When i first played this game i had alot of fun, then I left it for a while cuz of new phone and when i return to it, i was surprised bout the changes and was so excited, but what i hate the most right now is the upgrading system, why must i watch ads to upgrade instead if using my coins its so dum, even turning off my wifi doesnt change that, also i cant remember if i had this problem in the past but the experimental sharks spawn more often now which makes it hard for me to swim around, especially the lava shark thats near the portal, but more importantly pls bring back the feature to upgrade my shark with coins instead of watching ads cuz it feels less rewarding having to watch ads instead of paying hard earned coins to upgrade ur shark, u can keep the ads but pls bring back the paying system

Hi FGOL. I like this game. Its super nice and relaxing but could you give my account back? This is because my game crashed everytime i tried to reopen it so when i unsitall it and reinstall all my progress was gone. I forgot to save on cloud. I was so close to getting the new shark. Now I have to start all over again. I hope you can help. Thanks. Great Game!
