Many times. Nobody informed ‘Out of stock’ on the items that I ordered. Although The order that will be sent to me show the stock item. I Always have to call to check after their deliveries.Today, email and text message show my order is on the way. After a Long wait, I called and found out my order had been cancelled due to some technical issue. Nobody in Fairprice bother to call and inform. I had been waiting for the order as one of the item I ordered urgently need to used. Only a simply apologise and ask me to order again and they can only deliver the earliest that is next Monday!I spent $500 to S$600 a month in Fairprice and what I get in return is many disappointment.Leaving me no choice but to turn other supermart to buy my things.

Can open app but can’t login
extremely laughable
Can’t login, app just hang . 2nd time it occurred to me. 1st time was a few months ago. Help desk staff told me my particulars were not captured in the system. Huh???Then how come I can login and manage to make purchases before the issue???Told me to delete the app and restart again. Followed his “genius” advice but still no luck. Out of desperation called up help desk again to highlight my misery and this time they managed to fix it and emailed me to try again; matter was solved until a few days ago the same issue of failure to login happened again.Tried using chat bot but it was completely and utterly useless.Sent an email for help but no one responded. Waited for a few days until someone from IT then emailed me back wanting to know “more” about my issue but then he neither responded back or acknowledged receiving my reply. Waited for a few days before calling and talking to a customer service person to complain about my issue and the poor response from the IT guy. This lady assured me she will follow up and “escalate” the issues to the IT department . To date after one week, no one either call or email me. I have the name and email receipt of the so-called IT guy if FairPrice is interested.
Poor online experience and inventory management

The stock display online doesn’t match their inventory. They cancelled the stock on me 15mins before delivery timing. I ordered the product for use and I would have understand if they cancelled it immediately after I make an order. I could have make arrangements for physical store visit. However product was cancelled on the day of delivery and my slot is at 4-6pm. They just sent an email on 3.44 to informed me there are changes in the product stock and they write off to qty : 0 instead. All these without informing days after I made an order, if your inventory in your warehouse cannot match the stock display online then don’t bother to sell it online. It’s annoying to become aware of it only when the deliveryman didn’t send over the full purchase stock. And they just say we don’t know, you go and call ntuc to check….. I purchase it regularly online and this stock display mismatch issue only happen quite recently so am getting quite annoyed as it’s cancelled on me at the very last minute!Just go to physical store to buy and no point paying for the membership.
Illogical app for in-store payment

Stupid app for in-store payment. Supposedly asks you if you want to pay through the app, and apparently requires customers to double tap the power button of the phone to select the mode of payment through the app. Everyone knows double tap is for apply pay. If someone doesn’t want to pay by apply pay, they wouldn’t double tap the side. So nevermind. If you swipe away from this double tap page, you scan through your groceries, and go to the final payment selection, you are suddenly not eligible to pay by the app anymore (because you swiped away the first time round). RIDICULOUS! it’s like going to a human cashier, and the cashier asks you first if you want to pay by cash or card, and you say cash at first. Then after scanning everything, you change your mind and say you want to pay by card instead but the cashier says NO! You must pay by cash now since you already said no to pay by card earlier. Really just a stupid app. It should be simple. Let the customer scan everything then let them select how to pay by! What is so dam difficult??
