As a listed company headquartered in Singapore, we follow structured financial procedures and expected to process the payment through our finance team. Based on our experience with other B2B subscriptions like Microsoft and Think-Cell, the process is straightforward: receive an invoice from the vendor, process the payment via finance, and activate the license from the invoice issue date.However, with Lark, we were given only two options: either pay via personal credit card or go through a formal contract process. In a publicly listed company, any contract must go through legal review, and pushing back on contract terms can take months. For a simple transaction like this, why should we endure such an unnecessary hassle?What a complete farce! A so-called enterprise efficiency tool can’t even handle a basic B2B payment properly.
