This game is too highly engineered to be P2P. Spender needs to spend a lot. Be prepared to spend about 300USD per hero. And a lot more for max chief gear, max hero gear, chief gear badges. The battle power, buff design is so complex that you need to read a lot to know what the hell is going on. But after calculations, you still don’t have a clear picture because there is no clear BP summary from the battle report. You can only guess. Because of many P2P players tends to bully in the state, they kill the interest of the F2P players. And the game wasn’t design to take care of the F2P player. The king group recuperating their investment by opening up more states. The old state will just continue to die off because of lesser F2P players, and P2P player have not enough P2P player to support them or to play with. It is a bad cycle, and it just go on and on, story repeat in the new state. The game concept needs to change, to give F2P player some hope that by playing long enough, they too can grow stronger. But this game company is looking at short term return. Or they doesn’t have a clue that they are the one that is killing this game.

SOS Developers released an event and offered permanent HQ skin as one of the exchange rewards. But guess what? They actually removed it while the event is still running without notifying or updating any players at all. Many of us players have purchased bundles throughout the day in order to exchange the HQ skin, not knowing that they actually removed the HQ skin and replaced it with a March skin. I can say most or all of us actually paid solely for the HQ skin and yet we got cheated by the developers. You will only receive a standard response from their customer service stating that it is a display issue but then again, why would it be a display issue when some players actually exchanged and used the HQ permanent skin? Isn’t it unfair that some players gotten the permanent skin while others didn’t had the chance to have it at all? I would say stay away from this game if you have not started or stop spending! These developers don’t deserve anything as they treat their players terribly.

Game is pretty okay, it gets repetitive after a while. It is pretty much the same event, just different theme (different skin rewards, different frames) but the gist of the event is the same. You’ll meet all sorts of people, mostly interesting ones but throw in a douche or two and a couple whiny ones when they get attack. That’s all fine, but be prepared for bullies and the lack of support from developers. The constant attacks are one thing, but, when people gang up on you, steal your profile pictures, start messing with your game - you pretty much are left with either leaving the game or endure until it tides over. (Which rarely happens). Play the game, but don’t spend too much, one day you’re at the top, next day at the bottom. Play with an easy hand in other words.
