User friendly app
Easy to use app, the receipts were approved quite instantly. I could easily redeem the Great Rewards points at the stores too. There are some good promotions at times for the app users. Overall, a great app to use for shoppers who shop frequently at the mall.
Scan receipt function is not accurate
The ‘scan receipt’ camera function cuts off long receipts so the shop name cannot be seen and hence, cannot be claimed. The receipt fits correctly within the frame of the scan receipt function but yet, it gets cut off in the process of submission to whoever is processing it. Fix this please otherwise it’s pointless shopping at your malls and attempting to claim. Very frustrating.
Scan receipt function NOT working at all
Dear team, please kindly look into the serious issue of this App - Scan receipt function is NOT working at all. This is related to the latest update App version 2.1.2 in iOS 15.5.
What makes this worse is that Great World Rewards program requires submission of any receipt within 24 hours of purchase. Now the App function is completely not working, what will happen to our receipt submission and missing rewards points?? Please discuss with the management and get back to us.
