I had an account activation issue when switching to a new phone after my old phone went bricked and won’t turn on. I followed step by step to activate but no avail. After I contacted Viber support team via email, they followed up on my case until the activation is successful on the new phone. I’m quite impressed with their attention on support. It’s a lot more convenient than before to exchange messages, photos, and video clips with my beloved ones free of charge through Viber. I have avoided using Facebook because I often tend to be lost for long in other people’s personal matters, so I have chosen to use Viber instead. As a senior citizen, I feel much less lonely now, coming into close contact with my old school chums as well as my son living overseas. It is the first thing I do every morning to check my Viber account to which only my family members and friends have access. I simply love it! Thank you!
got problems with ios version 14.x

after i installed ios version 14, there is a lot problem to send message. message cannot sent. every time i have to restart iphone, it solved problem. don’t know what is problem exactly. the Viber version is not compatible with new ios version? there was no problem at all before ios version 14.second time feedback on 13 April 2021 : it still having problems to send message. message cannot send and I already have to restart iphone to be able to send message from viber. I wanted to show error screenshots. but here cannot put screenshots.

Overall Viber apps very good function on everyside . But its jus having lagging issues on the chat it self and returning to the particular chat for replying will laggy. I not sure if the chat page cant take fast react or maybe something issue else, maybe can look into it and make a update on this side .especially when scrolling through the chat to find back some history from morning chat the whole screen will lagging , like can tell is not smooth at all .
