AliExpress has totally changed my shopping experience and made it so enjoyable: 1. So convenient in the full comfort of my home. 2. Fast and easy search with my fingertips for most products I want. 3. Very wide range of sellers listed for each product item I want eg tripod, neck tie, memory card, etc. 4. Very competitive pricing. Generally almost zero or low shipping cost for the items I ordered, compared to other online shopping Apps. 5. Although payment is deducted from my account when I confirm a purchase, it is held on my behalf by AliPay until I am satisfied with the goods received. I can open a legitimate dispute (I have ordered 100+ items and so far few disputes) if the goods are not delivered or faulty. 5a. Before opening a dispute, I can email the seller regarding any unhappiness to see how it can be resolved happily by both sides. 6. I can post open feedback and rate a seller’s quality of goods and service level (1-Star to 5-Star). This feature ensures any seller will provide good service unless he wants his average rating to drop, thereby affecting his future sales. 7. Delivery right to my doorstep is generally fast, within 1 to 3 weeks after placing order. Air blister padded envelopes give good protection to the goods during transit. 8. Almost all orders can be tracked during its transit. AliExpress/seller will update via email when payments are confirmed, goods are shipped, arrived at destination. 9. Keeps track of all my purchases and shopping cart KIV items. 10. One area for improvement though... for technical products eg drones, perhaps more technical information like battery life, charging voltage, camera resolution, etc could be made available to shoppers via PDF file download. Enjoyed online shopping through AliExpress. Have found online shopping through AliExpress a very rewarding and exciting experience in buying my favourite things. Raymond Ang Singapore

While it’s a platform that gives one a plethora of options of cheaply China-made and affordable goods, one has to rest their fates on the shipping reliability. I’ve had a purchase still lost and stuck with no tracking updates for close to a month, and I have raised my case for a refund with the AliExpress management but to no avail! If you trawl the internet hoping to get a contact to talk to a responding human regarding the refund procedure, then you will be disappointed. The app has shielded itself leakproof from any points of contact, leaving the consumer extremely frustrated with no recourse or redress. The app is not intuitive when it comes to navigating all these refunding nitty gritties, and the consumer is at the losing end. Their bot Eva is excruciatingly annoying and helpless, meant to just brick wall your insistence of a refund. When I finally managed to get in touch with the customer service personnel through the chat, which was extremely rare, she wasn’t able to provide any help in getting the refund because she said it was handled by the disputes team which the consumer has absolutely no communicative access to. I have uploaded countless screencapture proof that the parcel that I ordered has disappeared from the tracking update and it has way exceeded the deliver-by date, but still it has not proceeded with the refund. This app is probably good for small and cheap goods. But I’d advise to go easy with goods that are pricier, because if the shipping screws up, or goes missing, then getting your money back is a rollercoaster ride.

I’m totally into AliExpress for this past 1 month plus. I wish i could put a 5star as my family members too join in and they are using their own account and own handphone too but the issue is as they don’t have a Visa or MasterCard all this while and been using a normal Bank card for only on withdrawal at the ATM machine all this while so they have to used mine as it shouldn’t be no issue am i right? But some items that i already had made the payment using my debit card that been successfully approved and all of the sudden after a day or two as we checked back there’s some of the items got issue like it stated finished. Need to reorder again on that particular items but the deduction is already being made. As you can see from my AliExpress profile i have been ordering lots of items for last month and this month too. Just need to wait a few more hundred points to go into the Platinum membership. I don’t have this issue at all before. Last few years ago i already been buying from AliExpess too with no issue. I hope the finance or administration side of AliExpress can settle my situation. I really believe AliExpress is the best among the rest. Maybe who knows system is being corrupted and need to make the clarification on this problem as soon as possible if who knows it might be a glitch on the system but i hope not. I will still support AliExpress on the online buying business. As it’s always a beyond a 5 star to me on AliExpress. I have made several complaints regarding the apps but nothing have done for months! It seems that nobody in AliExpress is taking an interest to solve the problem I’m facing. The apps hangs up each time I start up to use it. I have to delete and reinstall the apps before it works! Apparently something is very wrong with the apps. U can observe that the banner is running across the page but when u click on specific icon for a particular function, it does not work. Is very frustrating to encounter such issues when u have to delete and install the apps each time u use it! I will give up using AliExpress app to make any purchases and will use other shopping apps to make my online purchases! What’s the point of writing a review if AliExpress could not be bothered to fix up the problem and would only want to hear something good but not ready to solve a customer’s issue. I give up!!!👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
