The cloud service is very well designed for ease of use and sharing. Good features to add file/folder/photo and scan. Recently with iOS and some updates file sharing is errors and unable to attach in email, WhatsApp, Telegram etc. Also when searching phone location for file storage it is not available for choosing documents. The sharing options which was working quite good earlier are showing signs of restrictions or limitations.
App used to be better with the old blue annotation toolbar
jxkay
OneDrive used to be awesome for adding annotations to a document, either through typing in a added text box or using Apple Pencil to write. After the latest update, the annotation toolbar has change and has lesser and very limited functions.1. Adding text box is no longer available - they were great when you to add notes/comments to a document that you can glance at right away. Right now only note is left, which can be a bit troublesome as you need to open it to look at what you have typed 2. You can no longer choose your preferred font, font size and font colour of your typed notes3. Limited choice on colours for pen 4. The writing/lines that appears is not as smooth as before5. Unable to choose desired erased size - newest update only allows a fixed eraser size. In the past, the eraser size can be tweak to erase a small part of your mistakes, but after this newest update, the eraser will erase almost everything of what you have wrote. Can not afford to make mistakes now.6. Annotation toolbar is no longer moveableThe new annotation toolbar is definitely a step back for OneDrive. Not sure whose idea it was to change the annotation toolbar but it is definitely a stupid idea. Why would any of you think that this change is an improvement?Hope that you guys will bring back the good old blue annotation toolbar. I’m off looking for a new app which allows me to add annotations like the old OneDrive annotation toolbar.
Consistently breaks integration with Files app and Office apps
Aimexcited
I used to write here “thank you Microsoft” for building a great experience on the iPad, but that time is long gone. This is now a super frustrating app, has a poor integration with Files and Microsoft’s own Office apps on the iPad where files cannot be saved because of a “helper application”. Useless error message and this issue exists now for a year or so. OneDrive used to be pretty good but there is clearly no interest to make this again a quality app (you still cannot change the name of a file when you save in the OneDrive share sheet – seriously?)If you do not need this for your work place, DO-NOT-GET-THIS-APP and avoid also Microsoft’s Office apps which used to be pretty good on the iPad but are all unfortunately terrible garbage fire.
Last two (latest) update destroy functionality.

Well it used to be very reliable. Do know that for certain security reason. Your engineer try to input new technology. Previously I can turn on to the same set of photos I uploaded from all my devices, ( tablet or handphones) . Now I am unable to use it. Always telling me to sign in to the new platform from different devices. It become very frustrating to be signing in to view the photos. Also Microsoft OneDrive do not allow same pin which I sign in previously. Always prompt me for new password .Which make my experience with OneDrive very annoying. Can your engineers or departments be more flexible to grant user the same password. I was referring to (password) when I try to view my uploaded photos.
This update contains bug fixes and stability improvements.
