Awful app with trolls and issues with hate comments that are not addressed. What’s the point of fans reporting the hate comments to get it removed when the trolls spamming the hate comments are not banned? It’s annoying seeing the whole comment section being spammed by the same user continuously, there should be better control in place to make this a safer community for both the idol and fans.

the only problem about this app is that there are no notifications. without notifications, how can we know when an idol is online? how do we interact with them then? even an idol has spoke about it. and for those who use the feed, if they dont receive notifications about who likes or comments on their post, how do they interact with the rest of the fans? thats the sole reason why fans hate this app and want mnet plus back.

The app is not a friendly place for fans or idols at all. There is no comment moderation, and no penalties or suspension of IP addresses for malicious commenters. For a big company like MNet, it’s appalling that there aren’t even these basic moderations in place.

whats the point of moving to plus chat if it doesnt work, lags all the time, is inconsistent, doesnt give notifications, doesnt screen for hate comments, always crashes, always locks the chat, doesnt update regularly????? you will never be bubble
