I like the cars. Very nice smooth ride. But the checking process is a bit intense, similarly the locking process is not seamless. Left corner right corner, left back, right back. Suggest to do like from driver side, right corner and circle around. So right driver, right rear, left rear, left front. Also, some of the cars are recommended to park at intensely high floor? Like 3B onwards there’s so many lots why need to go to 5B? I think since there’s function to input Deck & Lot # can afford some flexibility. 5A was completely empty I still went up to 5B. But overall compared to Blue, the app runs much more smoothly, even synced with Apple for payment. Unlocking and locking, is not buggy, almost immediate response. Looking forward to more parking spots and cars!

I just joined as a member and my details were imported via Singpass. I was surprised to find that Flexar automatically assigned a salutation to my profile, yet provides no option for users to amend or change it.The issue is not the specific salutation chosen, but the fact that personal profile information is being assigned without giving users any control to correct or update it. This is a basic user experience and data accuracy issue that should be addressed.Attention to such details contributes to overall confidence in a platform. Users should be able to review and amend profile information that is displayed under their account.

On 2 August 2026, before i drove, i reserved a parking lot at 114A Bedok North. App indicated that the lots was available. When i reached the parking lot, all lots was filled up and i could not park. I had to spend another 20minutes to locate the next nearest parking lot. This begs the question, when i reserved a parking lot on the app, what am i actually reserving if the lots is not available when i arrive?Flexar needs to solve this issue of ensuring reserved lots are available. If not, it will become another case study of having a good business idea but of having poor implementation as its downfall.

It seems like they still don’t have much cars available for rent. More than half of the car parks have 0 cars available to rent. Can’t even use it if i want to. The cars do seem new and clean though.
