Wonderful App

I’ve been using Pixelmator on my Mac since 2011 and I’m glad this wonderful app has come to the iPhone. The app is easy to use and its UI should be familiar to anyone who has used Apple’s iWork suite of apps on the iPhone. It certainly doesn’t have everything in Pixelmator for Mac, but it has enough for on-the-road quick edits. A couple of suggestions:— I wish the Adjust Colors feature could have larger UI for more precise adjustments. It is difficult to precisely drag the sliders a small amount. The sliders could be made larger, and perhaps for precision adjustments Pixelmator could adopt the approach used in iOS native movie players: when the finger moves down from the slider, the same horizontal movement of the finger would register a much smaller change in the actual slider. Not sure how this would work with curves, which is inherently two-dimensional though. — When I launch the photo editing extension, only a small number of pre-installed filters appear to be available. It would be great if all the advanced controls such as curves could be made available there. — Speaking of curves, perhaps Pixelmator could add a feature where tapping on a particular point in the image would create a corresponding point in the curve? It's a feature available in Aperture but not available in either Pixelmator for Mac or iOS. — Occasionally the toolbar would disappear entirely and I can only zoom the canvas area. But relaunching would fix it. Thank you Pixelmator team, you have done a wonderful job!

No auto background removal

I have been using all Pixelmator products from Mac, iPad, and iPhone from day 1. After all these years there is still no auto backgroud removal. It is such a hassle to remove the background esp on mobile devices. The processing power of Apple machines is superior yet The Pixelmator team can’t manage to use that power to give convince to their user. Been paying and supporting the team with their version update till now. I give up on this company.

I have been using pixelmator for nearly two years, it’s always been fine, always loved it, still do, but recently there has been a problem where the layer keeps hanging and doesn’t want to move and I’m getting abit irritated ;-; enlarging the size of the object in the layer is still fine but I can’t move the object at all :/
