All great until kid turns off wifi...

The app was great but I found a serious flaw where I hope the developer can consider fixing. The signal to block during scheduled downtime should never be seeking for signal from the parent app. I found out that my kid was still able to use her device because she turned off the wifi to circumvent the MDM control. Developers should consider storing downtime schedules and allowances onto the device being controlled instead of waiting for a signal from the parent app. So that regardless what state the device is in, the downtime will kick in and the kid will have to request for additional time when they notice the block kicking in. Some additional features I hope to also see is a way for kids to request for more allowance time from their Jr app as well as special period scheduled downtime like during school holiday periods vs normal days available for parents.If no new improvements happen I will seriously ask for a refund because it's obviously not the MDM solution I was looking for if it can't even execute downtime even when the device has no connection to internet since my controlled device is a wifi only device.

Device management easily deleted from child's phone

Was a happy user of this app, until sometime last month when I was overseas and my child's device got unpaired, I didn't get an email from OurPact, hence I still do not know the cause of it.Regardless, I reinstalled it when I got back and my child found that he could easily just delete the profile from Device Management under Apple's Settings, General, Device Management. Once this profile is deleted, there is zero controls of the phone and child gets access to the phone's full content. With the ease of profile deletion, gives the parent zero control altogether. It is a disappointment. As an enhancement feature, do consider to allow a different passcode at installation window so that parents can choose a passcode different from the phone's, to enable and disable this app. Overall, a disappointment to find that its such an easy loophole to uninstall the app by children as the profile is so easily found in an iphone.
App still keeps logging out and FaceID not working

It is ridiculous that I have to log in each time with email and password each time I access the app and each time I switch devices. This never used to happen. The FaceID is also not working. Highly inconvenient and starting to lose its relevance here. If this is not fixed I might have to fully unsubscribe. There so many others in the market these days.
